Art Park Celebrates 40 Years of Entertainment
Yes, Art Park turns 40 this season, the lovely setting in Lewiston, New York where we used to visit in its early days, walk around the open air art exhibits, and then in the evening, sit on the grass, sip wine and watch the National Ballet of Canada perform all for $6! What a deal!
The 40th celebrations will involve jazz, the Buffalo Philharmonic and ballet. You can view the season schedules, download the 2013 brochure and purchase tickets on the website:

In 1997, Artpark & Company, Inc. entered into a three-year licensing agreement with the State of New York to manage the programming of the Park. This agreement has now been extended through 2017. Prior to this historic pact, Artpark was under the direction of the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. Ownership of the property and facilities remains with New York State, which continues to maintain the buildings and the grounds.
Check it out. Visit charming Lewiston and take in a performance at Art Park.
