Taking place April 15-17 at the Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls, the Niagara Food & Wine Expo returns again, featuring wine, beer and spirits from around the globe, as well as stunning regional wines straight from neighbouring vineyards. These delectable samples will be served alongside fresh and incredible local cuisine prepared by top chefs and restaurants.

"This year's Niagara Food & Wine Expo is already shaping up to be an incredible one. With favourite exhibitors returning and some exciting new additions to the lineup, we're preparing for one of our biggest and best experiences yet," said Melanie Klie, Show Manager of the Niagara Food & Wine Expo. "We truly do have something for everyone - from the beer and wine connoisseurs and food lovers of all kinds, to cooking gurus and home chefs looking to learn something new."

Attendees can expect to find several new exhibitors this year, including Cabo Cantina, Chocolate Expression, Marilyn's Bistro & Lounge and Creekside Estate Winery. Returning favourites will include Sue Anne Staff Winery, Nickel Brook Brewing, Diamond Estate Wines, Pondview Estates, Greenlane Estate Winery, and much more.

The Chef Stage will host ongoing, complimentary cooking demonstrations and first-hand culinary training sessions hosted by notable celebrities and chefs. Among these will be Chef Darryl Fletcher from CHEF D TV and Allison Day cookbook author of Whole Bowls and Purely Pumpkin.

Learn tips and tricks from culinary masters such as Celebrity Guest Stacey Simon from GustoTV. Stacey explores delicious local food, culture and fun with the help of passionate locals on her travels to beautiful destinations-as seen on Stacey Simon Rendezvous. As the author of Where the Streets Have a Cool Name, Stacey will be available for a book signing every day at the Expo, with $1 of each book donated to Second Harvest.

The show will also feature The Tasting Stage, which hosts 30 minute wine tasting classes over the course of the weekend. For just a few sample tickets you can enjoy specially selected wines and add a little education to your Expo experience.

In addition to great food and delicious drinks, Expo attendees will be able to jam to a variety of tunes, brought by Vinyl Flux and Ear Candy.

Attendees to this year's Niagara Food & Wine Expo will also receive a free souvenir tasting glass.

"It can take years for someone to experience all of the unique spirits, wines, beers, and food that the region has to offer," said Klie. "This is an excellent opportunity to sample a diverse array of wines and taste some of the best cuisine for a fraction of the price all in one place. We love surprising our guests with new exhibitors and entertainment every single year, and this year will be no different."
